E settlement credit
i received a settlement from the iBooks issue, how do I go about redeeming it when I purchase books? I just made a purchase and it did not use the credit.
It should have been automatically added to your account's balance (has your balance increased ?), you shouldn't need to redeem anything onto your account. For the purchase, you aren't a family organiser in family sharing (an organiser can't use their balance) ?
